Applied by Fahmid

Privacy, plainly.

Applied by Fahmid is operated by XXCORP INC. This notice covers fahmid.com, the Applied studio pages, and information submitted through the project-call flow.

Last updated: September 4, 2026.

Project enquiries

When you request a call, the scheduling form collects your name, email, preferred time, and the project details you choose to share. Fahmid uses this information to assess fit, respond to your enquiry, and arrange the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Scheduling services

The calendar on this site is provided by Cal.com. Loading it connects your browser to Cal.com; booking information is processed by Cal.com and the connected Google Calendar used to manage appointments. Their own privacy terms also apply. See Cal.com’s privacy policy (new tab) and Google’s privacy policy (new tab). Declining optional website analytics does not prevent scheduling.

Website measurement

Vercel hosts this website and provides basic aggregate Web Analytics. Page URLs sent to that analytics service exclude query strings and fragments. Hosting services may also process technical request data for delivery and security. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information (new tab).

PostHog is configured for cookieless measurement of page visits, device and browser type, campaign labels, service and pricing interest, calendar handoffs, and whether a booking request was submitted. It does not use analytics cookies or store an analytics identifier in your browser. PostHog receives the technical information needed for the request, including IP address and user agent, and uses a project-specific, daily-changing server hash to count visitors. This limits measurement across days and devices.

Names, emails, project answers, meeting details, and advertising click identifiers are not included in website analytics events. Full URL query strings and fragments are excluded. Short campaign labels such as source, medium, and campaign name may accompany events and calendar links to help understand which campaign led to an enquiry. These labels are held in page memory, not analytics cookies or local/session storage. Please never put personal or confidential information in campaign labels or URLs.

No session recording or advertising pixels

Session replay, automatic form capture, and visitor identification are disabled. The calendar’s contents, console logs, and network request bodies are not recorded by PostHog. This installation does not add advertising pixels, retargeting audiences, or a marketing subscription.

Your controls

You can turn off PostHog measurement below or from either site footer. A preference is stored in your browser only when you make a choice, for up to 180 days. Turning measurement off stops future PostHog events; it does not automatically delete data already received by a provider. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also keep PostHog measurement off. Basic aggregate Vercel traffic measurement remains on.

Providers, processing, and retention

Information is processed by the service providers needed to operate the site, measure permitted usage, and arrange conversations. The configured PostHog project uses its US service. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. See PostHog’s privacy policy (new tab).

Enquiry records are kept as needed to assess and respond to requests, manage any resulting engagement, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Analytics retention is controlled through the provider’s project settings. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed in light of those purposes and any legal obligations.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

A short project outline is enough. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private customer records, or confidential documents. Any access needed for project work is agreed separately.

Questions and deletion requests

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact Fahmid through the request flow and identify the request as a privacy enquiry. Include only enough information to locate your previous enquiry; do not submit identity documents. Requests are handled on behalf of XXCORP INC., subject to applicable rights and obligations. Scheduling providers may retain information under their own policies.

For use of the website and project enquiries, see the website terms.
