01 / What we can build
Start with the bottleneck. Choose the technology once the problem is clear.
Connect the tools your team already uses. Turn repeated document handling, reporting, and handoffs into a workflow people can actually rely on.
Build an internal assistant, an agent that works across your tools, or an AI feature your customers use. Define its boundaries, test its behavior, and make it manageable after launch.
Connect your CRM to the work around it: capture information, route handoffs, and keep records useful. Start with the steps your team repeats every week.
Bring research, enrichment, and qualification into a connected system. Keep human review where it matters, with sensible controls for data quality and outreach.
Map real workflows with your team, identify practical uses for AI, and leave with a prioritized plan. Useful when there are plenty of ideas but no clear starting point.
02 / Selected experience
Founder-built products and embedded client work. Different problems, with Fahmid involved from the early decisions through delivery.
Built to be used
Useful AI is more than a response. It gives people a clear next step—and a product they can put to work.

A system your team can operate
04 / The person doing the work
I’m a Toronto-based product engineer with 15 years of hands-on experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and product development.
My work takes me into the messy middle: understanding how a team operates, making the technical choices, and staying involved as the system gets used.
Applied is how I bring that experience to businesses that want a practical AI implementation partner. You work directly with me.
The full background05 / Before we talk
Founders and teams with a real operating problem, an owner for the project, and time to collaborate. You might be improving an existing workflow, testing a product idea, or adding AI to software you already run. You do not need a finished technical specification.
Yes. Fahmid leads discovery and implementation. The person discussing your workflow is the person responsible for building it. If a project needs additional specialist help, that is discussed as part of the scope.
Implementation projects start at $7,500. The first conversation is free. Once the problem and boundaries are understood, you receive a proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. Larger builds are quoted individually. Complex or uncertain projects may begin with a paid discovery phase. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately.
Sometimes a straightforward integration or better workflow is enough. Discovery considers the simplest useful solution, including where AI adds value, where human review belongs, and what should stay manual.
Handover, documentation, and the agreed support period are defined in the proposal. If the system needs ongoing monitoring or improvements, a separate support arrangement can be agreed before launch.
No. You select a preferred time and share brief project details. Fahmid reviews the request before confirming the call. Cal.com sends the scheduling updates, and the meeting is confirmed only when you receive confirmation.
